Alaska

We took a 2 week trip to Alaska in August, 2017. We flew to Vancouver and spent a few days there before boarding a cruise to Alaska. We lucked out with mild temperatures and no rain during our entire trip. Plus we had clear days in Denali and Glacier Bay with brilliant sunshine. The vastness of Alaska was overwhelming even though we only saw a small part of it. The people who live there must be hardy and self sufficient. Many places are only accessible by boat or plane, and we were told that half the population have pilot's licenses. We stopped in Seattle on our return for a few days. I wanted to visit the Living Computers Museum and we wanted to see our nice and her husband.
